This web site presents a small selection of photographs, taken on many trips through sundry countries.
The shown photographs have been exposed with analog single-lens reflex cameras (SLR-Cameras) on 35mm film and scanned
or have been taken with digital single-lens reflex cameras (DSLR-Cameras).
Most of the photos have been enhanced with a photo retouching software in brightness, contrast, saturation and sharpness.
Several lenses with focal distances from 16mm to 400mm have been used.
This web site just has been restructured and renewed. New thematic areas were and will be farther integrated and new photographs
will be continually inserted. If somethink does not look perfect yet, please excuse for this.

The cover photo "Tor zum Garten" (Door to the Garden) was taken with a digital single-lens reflex camera
with 16-80mm zoom lense in Scotland on 23rd of August 2018.
Architektur (Architecture)
These photographs have been taken in 2014 and 2015 on several trips in Malaysia. The pictures show different views from and to the
landmarks of Kuala Lumpur, the "Sultan Abdul Samad Building", the "Petronas Twin Towers",
the "KL-Tower" and other buildings in and around Kuala Lumpur. Some pictures have been taken from the visitors terraces of
the "Petronas Twin Towers" and the "KL-Tower"
Landschaften (Landscape)
These photographs have been taken on trips in Germany, Denmark, Scotland, Tasmania and Chile,
as well as above Afghanistan from an aircraft.
To concentrate the view on the presented photographs and to minimize loading time,
the web site design intentionally renounced coloured background images and sophisticated animations.
